Refund policy

We want you and your pet to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we put it right.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

Email us at hello@petpeasy.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to send the item back.

Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Just email us within that time and we'll send you the return address. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

• Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
• Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service.
• We'll refund the price of the item to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it back.

Your rights

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
